19000DWT多用途船艏楼降阻导流罩数值及试验研究

【摘要】 基于降阻优化目的,对某19000DWT多用途船的艏楼甲板设计添加了3种降阻导流罩。通过数值计算和风洞试验研究,计算和测量了船舶在不同风向角下的风载荷,评估了导流罩的降阻效果,结果表明导流罩2降阻约20%。通过数值流场分析,比较了有无导流罩时流场的差异,阐述了导流罩的降阻机理。研究表明导流罩能够大幅减少前排集装箱迎风面压强,显著消除导流罩后方集装箱上空流域的旋涡区,使附近流场更加平稳。通过本文研究,可为船舶降阻导流罩设计及低风阻上层建筑优化技术的研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on resistance reduction,three different forecastle fairings are designed and added onto the forecastle deck of a 19000 DWT multi-cargo ship.With the method of numerical calculation and wind tunnel test,the ship’s wind loads under different wind angles are calculated and measured,and the effect of resistance reduction of forecastle fairings are also evaluated,which show that forecastle fairing-2 can nearly reduce wind resistance by 20%.Based on the analysis of local flow field some differences are compared between the ship with and without forecastle fairing,and the mechanisms of wind reduction are described.Results show that forecastle fairing can obviously reduce the pressure of the front containers and dramatically eliminate eddies which used to exist in the flow field above and behind the front containers,and finally make the nearby flow field smoother.Through these researches,some reference can be provided for the design of ship fairing and technology of superstructure optimization.
