【摘要】 为解决立体育苗模式中层架遮荫致烟苗生长发育不良的问题,在层间设置不同光源组合研究其对烟苗根系生长的影响。结果表明:1层间遮荫通过补光能明显提高烟苗根系活力、吸收面积及物质积累量,提高程度与光照强度相关。2烟苗第3片真叶发生后在19.5~92.6μmol.m-2.s-1光强范围内,根系活力、吸收面积及物质积累量与光辐射强度相关,光强愈大,根系生理指标增加程度愈大。3蓝红LED灯头比例为2:1的处理,烟苗根系活力在第3片真叶发生期高于层间遮阴未采取补光措施(CK2)的处理73.5%,至第6片真叶发生期仍高于CK2达10.6%;根系总吸收面积在烟苗第2至第6片真叶发生期高于CK2达20.1%~36.2%,根系活跃吸收面积高于CK2达37.5%~56.2%;烟苗第4至第6片真叶发生期根鲜重超过CK2达11.6%~22.7%,根干重超过CK2达11.3%~20.1%。因此,在烟草立体育苗模式下可采用的补光措施为:蓝红LED灯头比例为2:1为补充光源、功率为16W、光源距烟苗50cm。更多还原

【Abstract】 The limiting factor in stereo seeding mode is shelf shading, this can make the poor growth of seedling.to solve this question, we disposed fluorescent, LED and combined treatment of different light in the interlayer. The research shows: The light measures can improve the weight, activity, total absorption area and active absorption area of the roots of tobacco seedlings, this depend on the light intensity. Within the range of19.5⁹2.6 μmol.m^-2.s^-1, the physiological indexes of root are related to light intensity after the third true leaf occurred. The ratio of blue and red LED cap is 2:1（16W, 50 cm distance from tobacco seedlings） shows the best performance, after the third true leaf occurred, the root activity was higher than that of CK2 reached 73.5%, in the sixth true leaves occurrence period, was still higher than that of CK2 reached 10.6%, from the second to the sixth true leaf occurred, the total absorption area of root was higher than that of CK2 up to 20.1% 36.2%, root active absorption area is higher than that of CK2 up to 37.5% 56.2%, from the fourth to sixth true leaf occurred, root fresh weight was higher than that of CK2 up to 11.6% 22.7%, the root dry weight was higher than that of CK2 up to 11.3% 20.1%.
