【摘要】 生态条件、品种特性和栽培措施与烟叶风格形成关系密切。长期以来,为了追求产量,烤烟品种和栽培措施均发生了较大的改变,这同时也导致烟叶风格彰显弱化。福建烟区随生育期的推迟,温度不断上升,光照不断增强,4月至6月份成熟采收是福建烟叶清香型风格形成的关键;推迟播栽期导致烟叶成熟采收期对应更高的温度和更强的光照,烟叶清香型风格弱化,向中间香和浓香型转化。温度差异是形成清香型、中间香型和浓香型三种不同烟叶风格的关键因子,日照时数的差异导致了云南和福建清香型的不同。栽培措施中,影响烟叶风格的最为关键的因素是移栽期,施氮量和采收成熟度主要影响烟叶质量,间接影响烟叶风格。只有耐低温的品种才有利于早栽、早成熟采收,有利于烟叶清香型风格的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are good relationships between ecotope, variety & cultivation measure and style & feature of tobacco leaves. For obtaining high yield of tobacco leaves over a long period of time, tobacco variety and cultivation measure were changed distinctly, which caused the style losing of tobacco leaves. With the growth period delaying of tobacco, the temperature increased, and the sunlight became stronger in Fujian ecotope; the climate conditions from April to June was the key factor for Fujian delicate aroma style formation. Delaying the seeding and transplantation time, the harvest period of tobacco meet higher temperature and more stronger sunlight, which caused the tobacco leaf style changed from delicate aroma style to middle or strong aroma style. The temperature was the key factor for style formation of tobacco leaves, and the different sunshine hours caused the difference of delicate aroma style between Yunnan and Fujian province. Among the cultivation measures, seeding and transplantation time was the most important factor which affect tobacco leaves style; nitrogen amount and maturity level mainly affect the quality of tobacco leaves, but affect the style indirectly. Only cold-resistant variety favors early transplantation and early harvest, which and then favors formation of Fujian delicate aroma style.更多还原
