【Abstract】 The development trend and related controversial and regulatory issues of electronic cigarette were reviewed on a global perspective.Regulation in accordance with China’ s national conditions was proposed,i.e.e-cigarette should be regulated as tobacco products in China.Its standardized and scientific development must comply with either of the existing four types of regulation measures,namely strict prohibition,regulated as medicinal products,as tobacco products and as consumer goods.更多还原
