聚苯乙烯树脂处理稀土皂化含油废水试验研究

【摘要】 研究了用聚苯乙烯树脂处理稀土皂化含油废水,考察了聚苯乙烯树脂对油的饱和吸附容量以及进水含油浓度、流速、处理时间和水量对油去除率的影响。结果表明:聚苯乙烯树脂对油的饱和吸附容量较高,约为91 mg/g;树脂除油率随进水油浓度增大有所降低,但对于油质量浓度为562.3mg/L的稀土皂化废水,去除率达87%以上;进水流速减小,油去除率增大;吸附平衡后,随处理时间和处理水量增加,油去除率急剧下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,using polystyrene resin to deal with oily wastewater of RE’ s saponification was studied.The saturated oil capacity absorbed of polystyrene resin and the influence of entering water content of oil,flow rate,processing time and quantity of water on oil removal efficiency were investigated.The results showed that:the saturated oil capacity absorbed of polystyrene resin is higher,about 91 mg/g;with increasing concentration of the influent oil the oil removal efficiency of resin has decreased,however,RE’ s saponification wastewater which concentration of oil is 562.3 mg/L,the removal rate is more than 87%;influent flow rate decreases,while the oil removal rate increased;after adsorption equilibrium,with the increase in processing time and quantity of water,the oil removal has a sharp decline.
