刺猬食管的组织结构和肥大细胞分布研究

【摘要】 本研究应用石蜡切片技术和HE染色方法观察刺猬食管的显微结构特征,并经甲苯胺蓝染色法鉴定食管肥大细胞的分布特点。结果显示:刺猬的粘膜有许多纵行皱褶,表面为复层上皮,浅层细胞角化,厚度为142.109μm。粘膜下层组织发达,含有丰富的食管腺和导管,厚度达327.3906μm。肌层厚度为440.8428μm,可分为内层环形肌和外层纵形肌。在固有层、粘膜肌层、粘膜下层、肌层和外膜中均有肥大细胞分布,形态多样。研究结果可为阐明刺猬的机体结构、消化机能及生活习性提供有价值的形态学证据,大量的肥大细胞分布提示可为刺猬食管的粘膜提供一道免疫屏障。

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to not only observe the microstructure of hedgehog’s esophagus by using paraffin section technology and HE staining,but also indentify distribution of mast cells in the esophagus by using toludine blue staining.The results show that the mucosa of the esophagus has lots of longitudinal folds and is covered with stratified epithelium with keratinized squamuos superficial cells.The thickness of mucosa is 142.109 μm.The submucosa is well developed,which has a variety of esophageal glands and ducts,and its thickness is 327.3906μm.The muscular layer with 440.8428 μm thick consists of the internal circular and external longitudinal layer.Mast cells were observed in lamina propria,lamina muscularis mucosae,lamina muscularis,submucosa and adventitia and have many various shapes.The results can provide morphological data to illuminate the organism structure,digestive function and life habit Distribution of a large number of mast cells indicates that it can make up the immune barrier for esophageal mucosa of hedgehog.
