阴/非离子瓜尔胶在造纸中的应用

【摘要】 对一种新型阴/非离子瓜尔胶——羧甲基羟乙基瓜尔胶(CMHEG)在阔叶木漂白化学机械浆中的增强、助留助滤效果和纸张白度的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,相比原纸(抗张指数21.6 N·m/g,耐破指数1.05 kPa·m~2/g,撕裂指数3.6 mN·m~2/g),当CMHEG用量为0.6%时,纸张获得较好的增强效果,如抗张指数、耐破指数和撕裂指数分别提高了21.3%、38.1%和22.2%;该用量下,CMHEG对纸料的助留助滤有一定改善,而对纸张白度影响较小;其取代度对纸张的增强和助留助滤性能产生一定影响。
【Abstract】 Carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl guar gum(CMHEG) in the hardwood bleached chemimechamical pulp to increase strengthening,retention,drainage and whiteness were studied.The experimental results show that when CNHEG dosage was 0.6%,the paper get enhancement effect;tensile index increased by 21.3%,burst index increased by 38.1%,tear index increased by 22.2%compared with the base paper.CMHEG has a certain improvement of paper’s retention and drainage,but less influence of paper whiteness.The substitution degree has an impact on enhancement,retention and drainage of paper.
