氧化淀粉在纸浆纤维表面的黏附留着及其增强性能研究

【摘要】 提出了一种全新的淀粉增强方法,将氧化淀粉糊液与机械浆混合后,通过挤压作用使淀粉黏附在纸浆纤维表面,淀粉在机械浆纤维表面的留着率达到94%,成纸强度提高140.95%;应用于废纸浆也有类似的增强效果。对纸浆纤维进行性能测试发现,其Zeta电位较未添加淀粉的纸浆明显下降(负值),说明氧化淀粉覆盖在纤维表面形成了稳定的凝胶层,而且处理后纸浆的滤水性能得到明显改善;光学显微镜照片显示氧化淀粉通过黏附力包裹在纤维周围并形成扁平状的淀粉凝胶层,在纤维间起到黏附连接的作用,从而增加纤维间的结合力和结合面积。

【Abstract】 This study proposes using oxidation starch paste liquid mixed with mechanical pulp,slurry by squeezing effect of extrusion,to promote the new technology in fiber surface adhesion of starch.Result showed that the oxidized starch can reach the comparatively complete gelatinizationwhen oxidized starch concentration was 15%.The starch retention rate can reach up to 94%,the intensity of paper increasedto140.95%.Zeta potential(minus) of the treated fiber was lower than the one of untreated,which indicated that oxidizedstarch formed some gel-layer with covering partially negative charge on the surface of fiber.Moreover,drain ability of the treated fiber was improved obviously.The digital-optical microscope and SEM pictures of the treated pulp fiber showed that the oxidized starch could adhere to the surface of fiber partially or wholly to form some starch gel layer with flat shape,which had good influence on the combination of fiber by improving bonding force and bridging area between fibers.
