【摘要】 采用滑石粉替代轻涂纸涂料中的进口巴西高岭土,对比分析滑石粉不同用量对涂料流变性能的影响以及轻涂纸成纸性能的影响。结果表明,随着滑石粉替代量的不断增加,虽然涂料的低剪切黏度有小幅度的增加,但涂料的高剪切黏度却呈降低趋势;滑石粉替代高岭土后,对轻涂纸的表面性能、光学性能以及印刷性能未产生明显影响,因此采用滑石粉替代轻涂纸涂料中价格较高的进口巴西高岭土具有良好的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rheology of coating and the properties of light weight coated paper(LWC) were studied when the kaolin of the coating formula was replaced by the talc.The results showed that the low shear viscosity of the coating incresed slightly and the high shear viscosity fell obviously with the increasing amount of talc instead of kaolin.The optical properties,surface properties and ink printing performance kept the save level when kaolin was substituted by talc.It is very reliable that the kaolin of the coating formula was replaced by the talc.更多还原
