炔基化纸浆纤维制备的新方法
A New Process for Preparation of Alkynylated Pulp Fibers

【摘要】 探索了一种制备炔基化纸浆纤维的新方法:即将间乙炔苯胺盐酸盐原位聚合并吸附至纸浆纤维上。对炔基化纸浆纤维制备的实验条件进行了优化,较佳条件为:间乙炔苯胺质量分数1.5%,盐酸浓度1.0 mol/L;过硫酸铵与间乙炔苯胺的摩尔比4;反应温度5℃;反应时间48 h。利用叠氮磷酸二苯酯(DPPA)与此炔基化纸浆纤维进行点击反应,以评价其可点击性能。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果显示,点击后的炔基化纸浆纤维中出现了P元素,说明此炔基化纸浆纤维可以发生点击反应,这为实现纸浆纤维的点击功能化提供了重要平台。
【Abstract】 A new process of the preparation of alkynylated pulp fibers has been explored through in situ oxidization polymerization and adsorption of 3-Ethynylaniline hydrochloride onto pulp fibers.The optimized preparation conditions of the alkynylated pulp fibers were as follow;monomer concentration 1.5%,acid concentration 1.0 mol/L,molar ratio of ammonium sulfate to monomer 4,reaction temperature 5℃ and reaction time 48 h.The click reaction of diphenylphosphorylazide(DPPA) with the alkynylated pulp fibers were performed to evaluate its click ability.The XPS results showed that P element appeared in the clicked pulp fibers,indicating the alkynylated pulp fibers could react with azide by click reaction.The alkynylation of pulp fibers provided a new platform to realize the function alization of pulp fibers by click reaction.
