杨木化机浆的纤维特性对其酶水解影响的研究

【摘要】 利用PFI对杨木化机浆进行打浆预处理以改变纤维特性,研究了纤维主要特性对纤维素酶水解的影响。结果表明,纤维原料的细纤维化程度、润胀程度、比表面积以及细小纤维含量均随着PFI打浆度的增加而明显增加,结晶度和纤维长度有所降低;PFI打浆预处理使纤维表面形貌发生了明显的变化,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察发现,打浆度越高,纤维表面粗糙程度越大,细纤维化作用越明显;随着打浆预处理程度的增强,杨木化机浆的酶水解效率明显增加,当打浆度从22°SR提高至49°SR时,纤维素转化为葡萄糖的得率提高了49%;利用数学分析法比较了不同纤维特性对酶水解效果的影响,结果表明,细纤维化程度和打浆度的影响最显著。

【Abstract】 The poplar chemi-mechanical pulp(CMP)was pretreated by PFI refining to alter the fiber characteristics,and the effects of major fiber characteristics on the enzymatic hydrolysis of CMP was studied.The results showed that the fibrillation degree,swelling ability,specific surface area and fines content were greatly increased with the enhancement of PFI refining pretreatment,while the crystallinity and fiber length were slightly decreased.The fiber’s morphology was changed a lot after PFI refining,and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)observation showed that the fiber surface became much rougher and had a higher fibrillation degree when the beating degree was unproved.With the enhancement of PFI refining,the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of poplar CMP was increased significantly,and the conversion rate of cellulose to glucose was increased by 49%when the beating degree was improved from 22 ° SR to 49 ° SR.The effect of different fiber characteristics on the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency was compared by mathematical method,and the result showed that the fibrillation degree and beating degree had the most significant influence.
