桐木硫酸盐浆短程序ECF漂白研究

【摘要】 对桐木硫酸盐浆短程序ECF漂白进行了研究,主要分析了DED、DEP、DEPP、DEPD 4个漂序下ClO2和H2O2用量对桐木硫酸盐浆白度和黏度的影响。结果表明,无论采用哪种ECF短程序漂白,都能将桐木硫酸盐浆白度漂至80%以上,说明桐木硫酸盐浆具有良好的可漂白性;加入H2O2的碱抽提段(EP),可以在不增加漂白段数的情况下有效提高纸浆白度,采用D1EPD2漂序时浆料漂白效果最好。
【Abstract】 Short sequences of ECF bleaching for sulfate pulp of paulownia were studied.The research was mainly concentrated on the influence of brightness and viscosity of pulfate pulp of paulownia with different consumption of C1O2 and H2O2 in these four DED、DEP、DEPP、DEPD bleaching sequences.The results show that no matter what kind of short sequence of ECF bleaching can bleach the sulfate pulp of paulownia to more than 80%ISO of brightness.And it also shows that the sulfate pulp of paulownia have good bleaching property.Reinforcing E stage with H2O2 can improve the pulp brightness without any extra bleaching stage.In these four bleaching sequences,the bleaching sequence of D1EPD2 has the best bleaching performance.
