高铁轴箱轴承疲劳剥蚀失效分析

【摘要】 本文主要研究了高铁轴箱轴承出现早期剥落失效的根本原因。采用宏观照相机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱等分析手段,对失效轴承外环的金相显微组织、滚道面及其人为断口宏观微观形貌进行观察,对滚道面上的各类缺陷以及润滑油固体分离物形貌及微区成分做了分析。分析结果表明,轴承失效是主要是由于异物进入轴承游隙,同时轴承外环的最终热处理不当共同导致轴承过早疲劳失效,高铁列车上的杂散漏电流引起的表层电点蚀不是产生剥蚀的根本原因,并提出了预防措施。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the main reasons for the premature failure of the high speed rail bearing are investigated.Utilized camera,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis method,The lubricating oil solid separation morphology and its micro area composition has been tested,the failure of bearing outer ring metallographic microstructure,roll road surface and its artificial fracture morphology were observed.Comprehensive analysis results show that the bearing failure is mainly due to foreign body into the bearing clearance,at the same time,the final heat-treatment processing of bearing outer ring is undeserved,all these cause premature bearing fatigue pitting.Electrical pitting by the train stray leakage current is not the root cause,and then preventive measures were put forward.
