钢轨和道岔用贝氏体钢的研究进展

【摘要】 随着铁路列车向高速重载方向发展,珠光体钢轨钢很难满足钢轨的发展要求。而贝氏体钢轨钢因具有较高的强韧性,较好的抗滚动接触疲劳和抗磨损性能而得到了迅速发展。本论文重点介绍了钢轨和道岔用贝氏体钢的研究进展。从调研结果来看,贝氏体钢是钢轨钢的重要发展方向。而本课题组研发的贝氏体钢轨钢经简单的合金化和空冷+回火就可获得良好的强韧性匹配,在实际的服役过程中其优势十分明显。
【Abstract】 With the tendency to high speed and high load of tracks,the pearlite steels are not the ideal rail materials since they do not meet the requirement of the railway steels.Bainitic steels with a high strength and toughness,high resistance to rolling contact fatigue and wear were developed rapidly.This paper mainly aimed to introduce the progress of bainitic steels used as railway steels.It is suggested that bainitic steels are the most promising steels for railway steels.The bainitic railway steel that our group invented with simple alloy showed an excellent combination of strength and toughness after air-cooled and tempering.From the performance of field service,it is suggested that it was one of most potential railway steel.
