Ti-H2O2/HCl/C3H6N6反应制备光催化TiO2纳米线薄膜

【摘要】 酸体系中采用双氧水低温氧化法,结合后续热处理,在钛金属表面制备TiO2纳米线薄膜。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和拉曼光谱对TiO2纳米线薄膜的表面形貌及相结构进行表征,并通过降解有机染料罗丹明B的方式对所制备的薄膜进行光催化性能进行测试。结果表明,钛金属片在含盐酸和三聚氰胺的双氧水溶液中于80℃低温反应312h即可在表面形成均匀的纳米线薄膜;反应24h后薄膜形貌开始向纳米花转变,进一步延长反应时间至48h,薄膜形貌完全转变为纳米花结构。反应12 h薄膜经550℃热处理后光催化性能最佳。
【Abstract】 In combination with a subsequent heat treatment,titania nanowire thin films were fabricated on metallic Ti substrates via a low temperature oxidation of titanium with hydrogen peroxide solutions in the presence of HCl.The structure,morphology and phase composition of the deposited titania nanowires were investigated in detail with various techniques of field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman spectra.The photocatalytic activity of the titania nanowire film was evaluated by photodegradation of rhodamine B in water.Results show that uniform nanowires on the surface of titanium was achieved in the HO2 solution containing certain amounts of HCl and C3H6N6 at 80℃ for 3-12 h.Prolonging the reaction time to24 h,nanoflowers appeared in combination with nanowires.Uniform nanoflowers were achieved at 48 h.The titania nanowire film fabricated at 80℃ for 12 h,followed by calcination at 550 ℃ exhibited the best photocatalytic property.
