热处理对5A90铝锂合金抗蚀性能影响规律研究

【摘要】 相关资料表明铝锂合金锻件在加工过程中比较容易应力开裂,目前国内外针对铝锂合金在常规腐蚀溶液中的耐腐蚀性能研究比较多,但针对实际加工过程使用的自来水、切削液对不同热处理状态的铝锂合金电化学腐蚀规律研究还几乎没有。本文采用在铝锂合金锻造后试样,经过不同的固溶时效和二次时效处理后,研究其分别在3.5%NaCl溶液、10%切削液、自来水中抗腐蚀能力。研究结果表明经相同固溶工艺处理后,经120℃*12h时.时效后的试样在3种腐蚀溶液中抗电化学腐蚀能力最好;同一个试样在3种溶液中腐蚀电流大小依次为3.5%盐水>10%切削液>自来水。

【Abstract】 The references showed that stess corrosion easily occured during Al-Li alloy forging was machined.And at the present time the corrosive nature of Al-Li alloy in conventional corrosion solution was studied more.But the influence of the tap water and cutting solution on corrosion resistance of 5A90 Al-Li alloy with different heat treatment condition was studied few.In this paper after the samples were treated by different heat treatment technology,the corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl solution,10%cutting solution and tap water was studied.The results showed that the electrochemical corrosion resistance of the samples after aging at 120℃ for 12 h was the best.The electric current subsequence in this three solutions was 3.5%NaCl solution >10%cutting solution>tap water.
