【摘要】 本文简要介绍"快速变频幅脉冲冷却控制"的技术原理,包括该技术应用于钢坯快速淬火而不易淬裂的原理和用气水代替油或油水作为冷却介质淬火构建理想冷却曲线的技术原理及在"模具扁钢预硬化生产线"上的应用,以及取得提高质量、节能、环保的效果,经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 The principle of the "Fast Frequency-amplitude Conversion pulse control cooling technology" was introduced briefly in this paper.The introduction focused mainly on the principle of avoiding cracks during the fast quenching,using air-water to replace oil or oil-water as the quenching medium and building ideal cooling curve.The technology had been successfully applied on the prehardening production line for die flat steel and had achieved the results of improving the quality of the products and energy saving and environmental protection,the economic benefits are remarkable.
