MQ-P-T技术在高铬铸球中的应用

【摘要】 首次利用水和空气作为淬火介质,对直径为80mm的Fe-2.4C-12Cr高铬铸球进行多循环淬火-分配-回火工艺(MQP-T)处理,并与常规的正火和油淬处理的高铬铸球进行对比。力学性能检测结果表明,经MQ-P-T工艺处理后的高铬铸球径向硬度平均值约为60±1HRC,比空冷铸球径向平均硬度约高出43±3HRC,比油淬约提高56±2.6HRC。经MQ-P-T工艺处理铸球不但具有高的硬度,而且硬度均匀性优异。经MQ-P-T工艺处理后铸球冲击功平均值达到12.6J/cm~2,相对于空冷而言,冲击功约提高10 J/cm~2左右,约为空冷冲击韧性的4倍,约为油淬产品性能的2倍。通过材料微观组织表征技术,对MQP-T技术处理钢球的强韧化机制进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 A novel process is proposed to treat Fe-2.4C-12Cr(mass%) white cast iron balls with a thickness of 80 mm,that is,destabilizing heat treatment following multicycle quenching and sub-critical treatment(MQ-P-T) process.However,such a complex process can be simply performed by alternate water quenching and air cooling.For comparison,the white cast iron balls also were treated by conventional normalization(NOR) process and oil quenching process,respectively.The average hardness of 60 HRC are obtained in MQ-P-T white cast iron balls,while the values in NOR and oil-quching balls are 43 HRC and 57 HRC,respectively.Meanwhile,the deviations of hardness along the radial direction are ±1HRC,±3HRC,and ±2.6HRC for MQ-P-T,NOR and oil-quenching balls,respectively.The impact toughness of MQ-P-T ball is 12.6 J/cm2,which is 4 times larger than NOR ball and 2 times oil-quenching one.According to microstructural characterizations,the improvement of hardness of MQ-P-T samples is attributed that martensite matrix and considerable M7C3 secondary carbides replace the majority of perlite matrix in NOR sample due to much rapider cooling rate in the MQ-P-T process than in the NOR process.
