【摘要】 在大学管理类的教育中,决策模拟教学是"在管理中学习管理"的一种具有理论与实践紧密结合特色的教学方法,该方法能够培养学生的系统思维和创新思维以及良好的人文精神,其理论依据是相似性科学,学生和教师都可以从模拟中体验管理实践。在当今互联网时代,凸显了相似性思维的管理决策模拟教学方法的优势,通过信息视频等技术手段来完成教师们的讲授,以及QQ群和微信等方式的辅导,可以实现"教师为主导,学生为主体"的双取向建构主义的教学模式,也可以缓解MBA学生在时空上的工学矛盾,同时以国学与决策模拟的互联教学,又可以提高学生们的兴趣。在互联网+相似性思维的管理决策模拟教学方法中,结合当今的数据挖掘思想和中国传统文化对现有的决策模拟教学活动进行创新,形成管理类教育中品牌特色,还需要我们在管理学教育创新发展中探索实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 In universities’ management teaching,decision-making simulation teaching is a characteristic teaching method of learning management in the field of management which combines theory and practice closely. This method can cultivate students’ system thinking,creative thinking and good humanistic spirit. This kind of teaching is based on similarity science,from which both teachers and students can experience management practices. In today’s Internet age, the advantage of decision-making simulation teaching is highlighted.Because decision-making simulation teaching can teach through information technology such as video and complete the students’ counseling through QQ group and We Chat which can achieve the double orientation of constructivism teaching model of ‘teachers as the leading factor, the student as the main body’.So it can alleviate the contradiction of time and space for MBA students.The teaching content of decision-making simulation teaching involves Chinese traditional culture,which can boost students’ interest. In Internet + similarity thinking of management decision-making simulation teaching combined with the current data mining and Chinese traditional culture to innovate the existing decision-making simulation teaching activities,we need to explore the practice in the education of management innovation and development to form brand characteristic in the management education filed.更多还原
