基于发夹型SIR的双频带带阻滤波器设计

【摘要】 基于发夹型阶梯阻抗谐振器的结构设计原理,提出了通过多级阶梯阻抗加载SIR耦合线的设计方法,设计了双频带带阻滤波器,并加工制作了滤除移动通信0.9 GHz和1.8 GHz的双频段带阻滤波器,测试结果与设计原理符合得很好。所设计的滤波器在经典发夹型SIR基础上,通过多级阶梯阻抗加载耦合线,调整谐振产生两个阻带,阻带的中心频率取决于外部阶梯阻抗谐振器的参数尺寸,阶梯阻抗部分的参数尺寸决定了两个阻带的频率特性。最后设计并制作了一个滤除移动通信0.9 GHz和1.8 GHz电磁干扰的双频带带阻滤波器,尺寸为28.31 mm×94.32 mm,测试和仿真的S参数符合得很好,从而验证了这种设计方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A compact dual-band stop filter is designed and developed based on hairpin stepped impedance resonators(SIR).The multistage stepped-impedance is loaded on coupling line of the traditional hairpin SIR,and two stop-bands arc generated.The center stop-band frequency depends on the dimensions of the external SIR,and both of the two stop-band frequency and bandwidths can be adjusted by the multistage stepped-impcdance.A dual band-stop filter operating at 0.9 GHz and 1.8 GHz is designed,fabricated and measured for the isolation of mobile phone interference.The dimensions of the proposed filter are 28.31 mm×94.32 mm.The measurement results fit very well with the simulation,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
