【摘要】 数据开放作为提升政府提升透明度、提高国家创新竞争力、提升社会民主程度的重要措施,在各国受到越来越多的关注和重视。本文通过对国内外政府数据开放现状与发展趋势的分析,特别是在欧盟开放数据门户案例分析研究的基础上,提出了一个促进长三角地区区域信息一体化和经济一体化发展的长三角地区政府数据开放门户架构思路,并给出推进跨区域的政府数据开放共享体制机制以及开放政府数据合作治理模式创新发展策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open data is concerned by more and more countries in the world,as important measures of increasing government transparency,improving national innovation competitiveness,promoting the degree of social democracy.Through to the status and development trend at home and abroad of open government data,especially in the European Union open data portal,this article puts forward a promoting regional information integration in Yangtze river delta and Yangtze river delta economic integration development open government data portal architecture concept,and promotes cross-regional system of open government data sharing mechanism as well as the open government data cooperation governance model innovation development strategy.更多还原
