【摘要】 本文在广泛查阅国内外网络教育服务质量文献的基础上,界定了E-learning和网络教育服务质量的概念,构建了网络教育服务质量的评价指标体系;利用问卷调查和实地访谈的方法对指标进行了验证分析,运用统计分析软件对调查结果进行了信度、效度、相关性和主成分等分析;确定了评价网络教育服务质量的关键指标,并对一家网络教育机构的服务质量运行情况进行了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on extensively referring to literatures both domestic and abroad on E- learning education service quality,this paper defined the concept of E- learning and its service quality,then constructed an evaluation index system. It used questionnaire and field interviews to verify the indexes,used statistical analysis software to carry on the reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and so on. We identified the key indicators to evaluate the service quality of web education,and made the empirical analysis on a web education institution.更多还原
