【摘要】 发展战略性新兴产业是我国推进产业结构调整、加快产业升级、形成新的经济增长点的根本途径。与传统产业的发展和演进过程一样,战略性新兴产业的生命周期也分为形成期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期四个阶段,并有其自身的发展特征。战略性新兴产业的培育要靠市场和政府的双重推动来实现,要通过市场机制和政府扶持相互配合,针对战略性新兴产业生命周期各阶段的特点,充分发挥公共政策的导向和调控作用,才能促进我国战略性新兴产业快速健康地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of strategic emerging industries is the basic way to promote industrial structure adjustment,to speed up the industrial upgrading,and to form new economic growth point in China. Just like the development and evolution of traditional industries,the life cycle of strategic emerging industries is also divided into four stages: the formation,growth,maturity and decline stage,each stage has its own characteristics. The cultivation of strategic emerging industries must rely on both market and government. The market mechanism and government support have to cooperate with each other according to different characteristics of the life cycle of strategic emerging industries. The guidance and control function of public policy will be given full play to promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s strategic emerging industries.更多还原
