采煤塌陷区生态环境承载力量化研究—以淮南潘三采煤塌陷区为例

【摘要】 煤炭的持续开采,必然会对生态环境产生影响,使生态环境承载力下降。本文根据采煤塌陷区的生态环境现状和特点,将采煤塌陷区生态环境承载力指标体系划分为塌陷区大气环境、塌陷区水环境、塌陷区土壤环境、矿区环境及矿区管理技术水平5类一级指标,每类一级指标各选择其典型的二级指标,构建了38个二级量化指标体系。采用层次分析法(AHP)确定一级指标和二级指标的权重,然后将构建的向量模综合评价模型应用于淮南潘三采煤塌陷区生态环境承载力的量化,得出淮南潘三采煤塌陷区生态环境承载力超载19.89%。

【Abstract】 Sustainable exploitation of coal impacts the ecological environment and makes the ecological environment carrying capacity decline. In this paper, the quantification index system of coal mining subsidence area was established. In line with current situation of ecological environment and characteristics of coal mining subsidence area, the quantification system was divided into five primary indexes: atmosphere environment of coal mining subsidence area, water environment of coal mining subsidence area, soil environment of coal mining subsidence area, coal mine area environment and coal mine management technology level. The quantification system is made up of 32 typical indexes as secondary indexes which were selected from the five primary indexes. The weight of each secondary index was determined by AHP as well as each primary index. The vector norm method was used for quantification of Panji No3 Coal mine subsidence area of Huainan, theresult show that: the ecological environment carrying capacity of Panji No3 Coal mine subsidence area of Huainan overloaded 19.89%.
