薄板坯连铸连轧过程控制系统在线改造研究

【摘要】 介绍了薄板坯连铸连札生产线原控制系统存在的问题。针对这种特殊工艺流程的改造需求,设计了基于网关服务器的新老过程控制系统并行运行方案,实现了过程控制系统的在线改造新系统采用了多项模型新技术,完善了控制功能,克服了原系统存在的不足新系统的试生产实绩表明其用户界面友好,生产过程稳定,产品质量满足用户要求。

【Abstract】 The problem of the old control system was introduced on the continuous casting and rolling product line. 1n view of the upgrading demand for this special technological process, the parallel running solution of new system and old system was developed based on the gateway server, and online upgrading of the process control system was realized. Several new model technologies were developed in the new system. Some control functions were improved and the deficiency of the old system was reduced. The actual production data of the new system showed its user interface was friendly, the production process was stable and the product quality can meet the user requirements.
