精轧压下比对厚规格管线钢DWTT性能的影响
Effect of Transfer Bar Ratio on DWTT Performance for Heavy Gauge Pipeline Steel

【摘要】 采用实验室轧制试验和EBSD分析方法,研究了精轧压下比对30mm规格X65管线钢组织性能的影响规律,重点分析了DWTT韧性的改善机理。试验结果表明,精轧压下比由2.1倍上升至6.3倍时,试验钢板的强度及夏比冲击韧性变化不明显,精轧压下比为4~5倍时获得最优的DWTT性能。显微组织分析表明,4.1倍压下比时试验钢相变得到细小均匀的多边形铁素体显微组织,由于多边形铁素体主要以大角度晶界为主,且同位晶界比例较高,晶界能量较低,有利于提升钢的抗动态撕裂性能。
【Abstract】 By using the way of pilot rolling and EBSD, the effect of transfer bar ratio on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied for 30 mm X65 pipeline steel, enphasized on the analysis of the mechanism for DWTT improvement. The results show that there are small change on strength and Charpy impact energy when the transfer bar ratio increased from 2.1 to 6.3, while the better DWTT performance were obtained with the transfer bar ratio of 4~5. The microstructure characterized by uniform and fine polygonal ferrit which mainly contain large angle boundary and CSL boundary. The low energy for large angel boundary and CSL boundary is helpful to advance the resistance to crack propagation.
