X80管线钢快速感应回火组织性能变化研究
Research on the Change of Microstructure and Property of Rapid Induction Tempering X80 Pipeline Steel

【摘要】 为研究快速感应回火条件下钢材组织和性能变化规律,以X80管线钢为研究对象,利用自制电磁感应加热装置及箱式电阻炉分别对其进行快速感应回火和传统回火实验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察不同回火条件下X80管线钢的组织形貌及析出相尺寸、分布,并测定其低温冲击韧性。结果表明:快速感应回火工艺参数下的试样性能均优于同参数下的传统回火试样。其中回火温度为590℃,保温时间为90s时,回火后的贝氏体(针状铁素体)组织明显细化,析出的碳氮化合物更弥散细小、均匀地分布于回火基体组织上,其-40℃和-60℃温度下的低温冲击功均最高,分别为430.5J和351.3J,而传统回火试样的最高值分别为323.2J和312.1J,均低于快速感应回火试样。
【Abstract】 In order to study the change rule of microstructure and property of rapid induction tempering X80 pipeline steel, rapid induction tempering and conventional tempering experiments are carried out by using the self-made electromagnetic induction heating device and the box type resistance furnace, respectively. Microstructure morphology, precipitates size and distribution of X80 pipeline steel under the condition of different tempering were observed by means of Metallographic microscope and SEM, and its low temperature impact toughness was measured. The results show that all the performances of the rapid induction tempering samples are better than those of traditional tempering samples which have the same tempering parameters. When heating temperature is 590 and holding time is 90 s, acicular ferrite obviously refined. The characteristic of carbonitride precipitation have more small dispersion, which evenly distributed on the tempering base microstructure. Low temperature impact work of-40 ℃and-60 ℃samples were the highest, they are 430.5J and 351.3J respectively, while the best values of the traditional tempering are 323.2J and 312.1J.
