碱度对钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣冶金性能的影响

【摘要】 基于钒钛磁铁矿显著的综合利用价值以及造渣制度在高炉炼铁生产过程中所占的重要地位,本研究以国内某钢铁企业的钒钛磁铁矿现场高炉渣为基准,采用纯化学试剂配制渣样,在氩气气氛条件下运用RTW-10熔体物性综合测定仪并结合Factsage 6.4热力学软件分析探索了炉渣二元碱度对钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣熔化性温度、黏度及稳定性的影响规律。最后,对实验后的渣样进行了XRD物相组成分析。研究结果表明,随着钒钛磁铁矿高炉渣系二元碱度的升高,炉渣熔化性温度呈升高的趋势,初始黏度和高温黏度呈降低的趋势,渣系热稳定性和化学稳定性变好。各不同二元碱度钒钛磁铁矿高炉实验渣系基体物相均为黄长石相,且随炉渣二元碱度升高,渣中低熔点物相数量相对减少,而高熔点物相数量相对增多。

【Abstract】 With the high comprehensive utilization value of vanadium-titanium magnetite and the important position of slag system in ironmaking production process, the effect of binary basicity on melting temperature, viscosity and stability of blast furnace slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite was researched by RTW-10 melt property tester and Factsage 6.4 thermodynamic software under Ar atmosphere, the phases of slag samples were analyzed by XRD when the experiments were end at the same time. The slag samples were confected by using pure chemical reagents in this study, based on the components of practical blast furnace slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite provided by a domestic enterprise. The conclusions were as follows: with increase of binary basicity, melting temperature of blast furnace slag of vanadium-titanium magnetite was increased, initial viscosity and high-temperature viscosity of slag were decreased, and thermostability and chemical stability of slag became better. The main phase of each slags with different binary basicity was melilitite. Low melting point phases in slag were decreased, but high melting point phases in slag were increased, with the binary basicity of slag increasing.
