Co掺杂对M型铁氧体Sr0.72Ca0.08La0.20Fe11.85Co0.15-xCuxO19结构和磁性能影响

【摘要】 采用陶瓷法,制备了M型铁氧体Sr0.72Ca0.08La0.20Fe11.85Co0.15-xCuxO19(0≤x≤0.15)样品。利用XRD、SEM、VSM、B-H永磁测量分析仪,研究了样品的微观形貌、晶体结构及磁性能。当烧结温度为1270℃C,且Co的含量在0.03≤x≤0.09范围内时,显示样品皆由单一的M相组成且形成了均匀的六角形结构。利用VSM和永磁材料测试仪测量了样品的磁性能,结果表明样品的剩余饱和磁化强度(Br)、矫顽力(Hc)和最大磁能积[(BH)max]随着钴含量增大出现了先增大后减小的变化趋势。
【Abstract】 M-type permanent magnetic ferrites Sr0.72Ca0.08La0.20Fe1185Co0.05-xCuxO19(0≤x≤0.15)were prepared by the ceramic process.The phase composition,micro-morphology,and magnetic properties of the particles and magnets were investigated by XRD,SEM,VSM and a B-H permanent magnetic measurement analyzer.At 1270 ℃,and the content of Co ranging from 0.03 to 0.09,the single M phase was composed and the uniform hexagonal structure was formed.Magnetic properties of the samples were investigated via vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and B-H permanent magnetic measurement analyzer,results show the remanence(Br),coercivity(Hc),maximum energy product[(BH)max]increase first and then decreases with increasing cobalt content(x).
