碳化硅冶炼中低碳锰铁的探索
EXPLORATION ON THE SIC SMELTING REDUCTION FOR LOW AND MEDIUM CARBON FERROMANGANESE

【摘要】 本文对"MnO+SiC"在高温下一步法进行熔融还原冶炼中低碳锰铁的实验现象与结果进行了总结和分析,探索了"MnO+SiC"在高温下进行熔融还原的可行性,验证了选用电硅热法一步冶炼中低碳锰铁的工艺制度是可行的,可以得到符合要求的中低碳锰铁,但锰的回收率较低,仍存在一些问题。
【Abstract】 For reducing medium and low carbon ferromanganese,the smelting of "MnO+SiC" under the high temperature were summarized and analyzed in this paper,which confirmed the smelting reduction theory of "MnO+SiC" under high temperature was correct.The one-step process system of electrical carbon silicon thermal was feasible.It can get low and medium carbon ferromanganese.However,the recovery rate was low,which still had some problems.
