连铸中间包通道式感应加热与精炼技术的研发与应用

【摘要】 综述了连铸中间包通道式感应加热与精炼技术:着重强调研发中间包通道式感应加热和精炼技术的必要性;简要比较了等离子体加热与该技术的差异;简明地介绍其加热和去除夹杂物的工作机理;着重介绍了国内独立研发、具有自主知识产权的中间包"八字型"通道式感应加热和精炼技术及其特点;并以两个钢厂的应用案例验证了该技术的可靠性、可操控性和安全性,以及其加热和去除夹杂物的良好冶金效果;着重提出应用中应该注意的一些问题;简要地展望该技术对连铸工艺可能产生的影响。

【Abstract】 This technology on tundish splayed channel induction heating and refining technology for continuous casting was summarized,and the differences between the technology and the plasma heating were briefly compared.The working mechanism of the technology on heating and removing inclusion was concisely illustrated.The technology that possessed national independently developed and autonomous intellectual property as well as its characteristics was focused.The technology was verified by examples applicated at two steel plants.The experiments results showed that the technology was good in the reliability,operability,controllability and security,and its metallurgical effect was also good by heating and inclusion removing.Possible problems of the technology in the application were especially presented.The influence of the technique on continuous casting technology was briefly looked ahead.
