顶燃式与内燃式热风炉燃烧过程物理量均匀性的定量比较

【摘要】 本文利用CFD仿真计算软件,对霍戈文内燃式热风炉和首钢京唐BSK顶燃式热风炉燃烧室的流场、温度场进行了计算,对二者蓄热室上表面速度、温度分布以及热量的均匀性进行了定量比较,结果表明:BSK顶燃式热风炉流场的均匀性要远大于霍戈文内燃式,温度场方面BSK顶燃式热风炉和霍戈文内燃式热风炉的均匀性都很高,前者略大于后者,热量均匀性基本由速度决定,BSK顶燃式要优于霍戈文内燃式。
【Abstract】 In this paper,CFD software is used to calculate the flow field and temperature field of the Hoogoven inner combustion hot blast stove and Shougang BSK top combustion hot blast stove.The quantitative comparison is carried out on the surface velocity,temperature distribution and heat of regenerator between them.The result shows the flow field uniformity of the BSK is better than the Hoogoven one.Although they both have high uniformity on temperature field, the former one is higher than the latter one,the heat uniformity is decided by the velocity,the former is also better than the latter.
