【摘要】 为实现攀钢烧结机的技术升级,满足高炉对产能与精料要求,一台360m~2的大型烧结机于2009年6月2日建成投产,该烧结机采用了国内外先进的工艺技术与装备技术。投产后出现一系列的问题影响了达产,通过一系列的技术攻关与设备改进,2009年6月烧结矿转鼓指数达到72.5%以上,9月烧结机作业率达到96%,10月利用系数达到1.30t/m~2.h,不到半年时间全面达到了设计目标。作为目前西南地区最大的烧结机,其建成投产对进一步提高攀钢炼铁生产水平,降低资源消耗,改善环境质量,优化技术经济指标将发挥巨大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A set large sintering machine of 360 m~2 have been built and gone into production on 02 - 06- 2009 in PanGang,which the advanced technology and furnishment were applied so as to realize its’technique progress and satisfy request of productivity and burden of blast furnace.A series problem influenced to achieve production after sintering machine began operating,By a series measure of technical researching and equipment mending,the sinter drum index was 72.5%above in June,the operating rate accomplished 90%in September,the sintering productivity got 1.30 t/(m~2·h) in October,the design aim was achieved completely within a half of year.as the max sintering machine in south-west region,its’ building and production will develop a greatness function in order to enhance smelting level,to decrease resource consumption,to improve environment quality and to optimize techno -economy index.更多还原
