贫铀表面Al薄膜的盐雾腐蚀特性研究

【摘要】 采用磁控溅射离子镀技术在金属铀表面制备Al薄膜,研究了贫铀和表面制备了Al薄膜的贫铀样品的盐雾腐蚀行为,并探讨了腐蚀机理。所制备的Al薄膜与基体的界面结合良好,厚度约11μm。在标准盐雾腐蚀条件下,随着腐蚀时间增长,贫铀样品的环状腐蚀点增加,不规则腐蚀坑增大。在样品机械加工的痕迹中,出现沿加工槽的腐蚀坑。经过1.5h的盐雾腐蚀后贮存1个月,贫铀样品发生严重的腐蚀,腐蚀区相连形成大片的腐蚀环,腐蚀坑沿机械加工的纹路排列。样品表面出现大量的金属氧化物粉尘,腐蚀坑深度增加。最大腐蚀坑深度为39.86?m。表面制备了Al薄膜的贫铀样品,经过1.5h的盐雾腐蚀,样品完好,腐蚀后在密封环境中贮存1个月后,表面出现了龟裂和剥层。Al薄膜在盐雾腐蚀条件下,优先发生了腐蚀,对铀基体提供了牺牲性保护。
【Abstract】 Depleted uranium(DU) has many military and civilian uses. However, its high chemical reactivity limits its application. Al film about 11 ?m was deposited on depleted uranium by using magnetron sputtering technology to improve its corrosion resistance. Combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrochemical polarization curve, the corrosion behaviour of Al film and uranium was studied. Corrosion pits were found on uranium after exposing salt spray for 0.5h. Pittings appear in the initial stage of salt spray test and link each other to form ringlike morphology along the machining trace expand with prolonging test time. Corrosion pits didn’t exhibit on Al film after exposing salt spray for 1.5h. After salt spray for 1.5h and sealed reservation for 1 month, some particles spalled off from Al film. Al film is eroded priority exposing in the salt spray, which exhibits protect effect for uranium.
