Co(Ⅱ)在磁性氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合材料上的吸附行为研究

【摘要】 氧化石墨烯(GO)具有巨大的表面积、金属配位基团,具有较好的吸附性能[1]。壳聚糖(CS)具有吸附性能好、生物相容性、价廉等特点[2]。磁性材料(M)具有独一无二的磁性,吸附后易于分离。本文以石墨为原料用Hummers法制备了GO,并用共沉淀法制备了磁性氧化石墨烯(MGO),之后用交联法将MGO与CS进行交联,最终制备了磁性氧化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合材料(MGC)。采用傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对其进行了表征。同时采用静态批式法研究了MGC对水中Co(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,分析了接触时间、pH值、背景离子强度、吸附剂浓度、温度等因素对Co(Ⅱ)在磁性氧化石墨烯-壳聚糖复合材料上吸附的影响。

【Abstract】 Graphene oxide(GO), having huge surface area and metal coordinating groups, is widely used in adsorption of radionuclides [1]. Chitosan(CS) has the amino groups and hydroxyl groups in its structure, and this material possesses biocompatibility, biodegradability, bioactivity, and economy [2]. Magnetic material(M), having unique magnetic properties, is easy to separate after the adsorption. In this paper, GO was prepared by a modified Hummer’s method using graphite as raw material. Magnetic graphene oxide(MGO) was prepared by co-precipitation method. Magnetic graphene oxide/chitosan(MGC) was prepared and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and vibrating sample magneto-meter(VSM). The effects of solution p H, adsorbent dosage, ionic strength background, contact time, temperature and other factors were studied by batch technique. The results indicated that MGS composite exhibited a good adsorptive capacity for Co(Ⅱ).
