高等学校分析化学课程改革
Reforming the University Course of Analytical Chemistry

【摘要】 分析化学是高等学校化学专业的基础课程之一,经过长期发展,已经形成了成熟而且稳定的经典体系。经典课程体系提供了多种导出公式,以解决不同类型的分析化学问题,为国内绝大多数教材所采用。这种公式化策略的优点是简化了数值计算,缺点是灵活性差、记忆负担重。在计算机硬件普及、软件丰富的今天,分析化学中的数值计算可以轻松完成,这一缺点因此更加凸显。针对上述问题进行了教学改革研究,建立了"去公式化"的分析化学课程体系。新体系注重原理、强调化学平衡体系的分析;利用个人电子设备(笔记本电脑、平板电脑或者智能手机等)的计算功能和便携特性,配合以专门开发的软件,方便快速地完成数值计算,从而将讲授和学习的重点回归到分析化学原理的深入理解以及结果的正确阐释。从数理统计方法的应用、化学平衡的计算、终点误差的统一计算以及高精度滴定曲线的统一绘制这四个方面对"去公式化"新体系进行介绍。
【Abstract】 Analytical chemistry is a fundamental and compulsory course in the chemistry discipline at universities. After a long period of development, the system of the course is mature and classical, and consequently adopted by most textbooks in China. The classical system features a large quantity of formulae that are derived for various types of questions in analytical chemistry. The formula-based strategy simplifies calculations, yet lacks flexibility and burdens students with rote. Such disadvantages are more significant in the background of ubiquitous computing and powerful software that easily implement calculations in analytical chemistry. A new system was developed for the course of analytical chemistry. This is a de-formulization system as compared to the classical one. In the new system, focus of both lecturing and learning is on analyzing chemical equilibrium and interpreting the results, and corresponding calculations are implemented with such personal devices as PC, laptop, pad, and cellphone powered with particularly designed software.
