基于学生科研能力培养的有机波谱解析课程教学探索
The teaching exploration on organic spectrum analysis course based on the students’ scientific research capacity training

【摘要】 有机波谱解析课程是研究型高校化学专业的必修课程,内容包括紫外、红外、核磁和质谱的基本原理、基本方法及应用,学生通过学习能够对有机结构进行解析。为了满足学生毕业后继续深造或从事相关研究工作的要求,对学生科研能力的培养是本课程教学方法的重点。笔者在保持课程系统性和科学性的基础上,对课程教学方法进行了有益的探索:(1)内容主次分明,核磁为主;(2)双语教学,讲义和课件以英语为主,讲授用汉语;(3)基本知识部分尤其波谱原理和影响因素的讲授要透彻明晰;(4)研究型案例在教学中进行渗透,便于学生理论与实践结合,培养科学素养;(5)及时向学生介绍新的波谱软件,便于学生自学[1];(6)借鉴美国的以学生为主的"问题协作解决法"等新的教学方法[2];(7)大量谱图提供给学生,让学生课后思考和解析;(8)以应用为导向,考核方式开闭卷结合。波谱解析课程教学方法的不断改革和探索,学生的科研能力获得了很大的提高,也适应了时代对学生创新能力和综合能力培养的要求。
【Abstract】 Organic spectrum analysis is the compulsory course for chemistry in the research university. The content of this course include the principles and applications of UV、IR、NMR and MS. In order to meet the requirement of the students pursueing advanced studies, the cultivation of the scientific research ability was emphasized. Based on systematic and scientific, the beneficial exploration was carried out as below:(1) NMR is the major part, making a distinction for the content;(2) Bilingual teaching. English for PPT, Chinese for speaking;(3) The basic knowledge part must be clear for teaching especially the principles and influence factors;(4) The research examples were penetrated in the course for training the students’ scientific literacy;(5) Introducing the novel spectrum software to students for learning by themselves;(6) The American novel teaching method was used for reference such as "problem cooperating-solving" etc;(7) Many spectrum pictures were provided to students for their interpreting after class;(8)Application as the direction, the evaluation was taken in the two ways of close-open exam. In conclusion, through the continuous teaching reform and exploration for organic spectrum analysis course, the students’ research ability was enhanced substantially and also adapting the demand of modern society.
