绿色溶剂离子液体水溶液在Suzuki偶联反应中的应用

【摘要】 联苯类化合物是一类极为重要的化工中间体,广泛应用于药物、染料、有机导体、半导体和液晶材料等领域。Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应合成该类化合物最主要方法之一,但该反应中所使用的有机试剂多数具有一定的毒性且催化剂和配体不易回收循环利用。离子液体[1-4]由于具有低沸点、良好的溶解性以及易循环使用等独特的理化性质,已经成为了广泛使用的"绿色溶剂",可以代替常规的有机试剂,实现了绿色化学的目标。本文利用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([bmim][Tf2N])水溶液作为绿色溶剂,采用醋酸钯催化了芳基硼酸和芳基溴代烃合成了一系列的联苯类化合物。该反应体系具有产品收率高、反应条件温和、后处理简单、催化体系可循环利用、低能耗且环境友好和反应重现性好等特点,既可以应用于实验室学生实验教学也可以实现工业化生产。
【Abstract】 Biaryl compounds as important intermediates are used in the fields of drugs, dyes, organic conductors, semiconductors and liquid crystal materials. These compounds are usually synthetized through Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. However, the traditional reaction needs some toxic organic solvents, and the catalyst and ligand are difficult to be recycled. Ionic liquids have many excellent physical and chemical properties, which have become a widely used "green solvents" to achieve the goal of green chemistry. After being screened the reaction conditions, ionic liquid [bmim][Tf2N] solutions were used as green solvent to synthesize effectively biaryl compounds by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reaction with arylboronic acids and aryl bromides. The method has some advantages of simple operation, good yield, mild reaction conditions, environment friendly, recyclable reaction system, and good reproducibility and so on. This method can be applied to both the experimental teaching and the commercial production.
