【摘要】 随着国际间交流的广泛与深入,化学专业英语在科学活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文从几个方面开展了化学专业英语的课程建设与教学实践。首先基于主题学习模式的理论,结合化学学科知识特点,将主题学习模式融入化学专业英语课程设计中。在主题课程内容的呈现方式,课程内容的可拓展性等方面制定课程内容及教学方案。其次采用以主题学习为基础的任务型教学方式,将教学目标与不同的教学活动结合。将任务前后的学习延伸至课堂外,扩展学生词汇量和专业背景知识。利用学校提供的网络教学平台建立课程学习网站,使任务型学习活动以学生熟悉的网络形式开展,充分利用课堂延伸活动来巩固知识的掌握程度。本课程的语言基础是英语,我们把英语语言学中认知理论视域下的概念隐喻理论、范畴理论、框架语义学等引入化学专业英语词汇教学中,提高学生词汇学习的记忆与理解能力,激发学习兴趣。多角度、多层次的课程建设有效地提高了学习者的学习兴趣和主动学习的积极性,建立了高效学习的教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the international communication is more and more extensive, chemistry English plays an increasingly important role in the scientific activities. The chemistry English curriculum construction has been carried out based on the theory of thematic learning mode as well as the characteristics of this course. The contents of chemistry English have been chosen in accordance with the principle concepts of chemistry. Task-based teaching can enlarge the time span and space of studying by the assistance of on-line course platform. Cognitive theory has been imported into vocabulary teaching to facilitate students’ understanding, create stronger retention of the vocabulary. Curriculum construction from different aspects will arouse students’ enthusiasm of learning.更多还原
