噻虫啉微胶囊的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 噻虫啉是目前防治松褐天牛效果最好的农药,能有效地切断松线病虫的传播渠道,保护松林。将噻虫啉微胶囊化不仅可降低其毒性,延长持效期,还可控制释放,提高噻虫啉的利用率。本实验以二氯甲烷为噻虫啉的溶剂,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为囊壁材料,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,聚乙二醇(PEG6000)为分散剂,采用溶剂蒸发法制备噻虫啉微胶囊。通过实验条件优化,得到芯材/壁材比为0.262:1,油相超声时间为20 min,超声温度为10℃,搅拌速度为550 rpm,反应时间为90 min,制得的噻虫啉微胶囊呈球形,粒径均匀,平均粒径约为20μm,25℃下释放30 d,药效仍能达到65%。
【Abstract】 Thiaclporid is the best pesticide to prevent and control the Monochamus,which can protect the pinwood from being destroyed.Microencapsulated thiaclporid can not only reduce the toxicity,but also extended persistence and improve the utilization.The thiaclporid microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation method using methylene chloride as solvent,polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) as the capsule wall material,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as emulsifier,polyethylene glycol(PEG 6000) as dispersant.Optimized the conditions,the spherical thiaclporid microcapsules with uniform particle size and the average particle size of 20 μm were obtained,which were prepared with the core material/ capsule wall material ratio of 0.262:1,the oil phase ultrasonic at temperature of 10 ℃ for 20 min,the stirring speed of 550 rpm and the reaction time for 90 min.The efficacy of thiaclporid microcapsules can still reach 65%,when it released at 25 ℃ for 30 d.
