溶剂和铁基催化剂在煤直接液化初始阶段中的作用

【摘要】 本文通过在四氢萘中添加芳香化合物(十氢萘、蒽、菲、芘或荧蒽)作为液化溶剂,研究不同的混合溶剂对补连塔煤在直接液化初始阶段反应的影响;并通过比较添加神华铁基催化剂前后的煤液化性能以及分析上述过程中溶剂氢和气相氢的消耗以及氢利用率,探究煤液化初始阶段过程中铁基催化剂的作用以及氢转移途径。实验结果表明,添加菲、芘和荧蒽可以提高煤液化油产率和氢利用率,溶剂氢是煤液化初始阶段的主要氢源;神华铁基催化剂在煤液化初始阶段的作用较小;煤液化初始阶段过程中的氢转移的主要途径为溶剂到煤。

【Abstract】 The aim of this research is to understand the role of iron-based catalyst and solvent in the initial stage of direct coal liquefaction.Bulianta bituminous coal was liquefied by using binary solvents composed of tetralin and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(decalin,anthracene,phenanthrene,pyrene or fluoranthene) in a N2 or a H2 atmosphere and with or without catalyst.The solvent hydrogen and H2 consumption and the hydrogen efficiency for oil production for each run were calculated to understand the hydrogen transfer approach in the initial stage of direct coal liquefaction.The results show that the major role of solvent is to provide hydrogen in the initial stage of direct coal liquefaction with or without catalyst,the addition of phenathrene,pyrene or fluoranthene in tetralin can promote the hydrogen transfer.The iron-based catalyst plays a small role in the initial stage of direct coal liquefaction compared with the hydrocracking stage.
