羟基磷灰石基高强度纳米复合水凝胶的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 本文通过自制的纳米羟基磷灰石溶胶(nHAp)作交联剂,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)作单体,成功制备出一种新型的纳米复合水凝胶。这种水凝胶具有超高的机械强度,显著的韧性,优异的自恢复能力以及良好的弹性。此外,可以通过改变交联剂的含量,单体的配比,以及特殊处理可调节水凝胶的力学性能。研究结果表明,由于nHAp表面的Ca2+能与丙烯酸的COOH形成配位键,从而形成三维网络结构,使得所制备的纳米复合水凝胶具有超高力学强度。简易的制备方法,优异的力学性能,有效的恢复能力使得该水凝胶在许多领域有着广泛的应用前景。
【Abstract】 We have successfully fabricated nanocomposite hydrogel based on HAp nanoparticle, and monomers of acrylic acid and acrylamide, which endows the hydrogel with extraordinary mechanical strength, outstanding toughness, excellent self-recovery and good elasticity. Moreover, the mechanical performance of NC hydrogel can be easily tuned by modulation of the component content and concentration The Ca2+ on the surface of the n HAp can be complexed with the COOH group of acrylic acid to form 3D network, which leads hydrogel with ultrahigh mechanical properties. This combination of facile preparation, excellent mechanical properties and efficient self-recoverable ability holds the promise for their application in a wide range.
