聚芳硫醚树脂的开发:从分子设计到应用
The Development in Polyarylene Sulfide Kind Polymer: from Molecular Design to Application

【摘要】 探寻分子结构变化对聚合物聚集态的影响进而找到控制材料宏观性能的根本方法一直是高分子材料开发过程中的研究重点。作者在聚芳硫醚类聚合物领域多年的研究经验表明:该类化合物分子链重复单元结构的微小改变,会导致其聚集态结构发生明显变化,并导致材料宏观物理机械性能及热学性能的巨大改变。本文介绍了作者所领导团队在过去十年间以分子设计为出发点,在聚芳硫醚类材料开发过程中所取得的研究进展。通过在聚苯硫醚主链上引入少量第三单体可以优化材料的成膜加工型或提升基体树脂与增强纤维间的界面结合能力。此外通过改变单体的化学结构,可以合成一系列具有不同宏观性能的新型聚芳硫醚材料。
【Abstract】 To explore the law of molecular structure alteration effect on polymer aggregation structure, and then to find out the fundamental way to control the macro-properties of polymer is one of the most primary tasks of polymer science. According to our several decades of experience in polyarylene sulfide(PAS) kind resins’ development and application, a tiny alteration in repeat unit of the polymer will lead to a decided change on the polymer’s aggregation structure and a revolution in macro-properties of the material. In this report, the development progress in PAS material, which mainly based on molecular design theory, were presented. By introducing a small fraction of comonomers onto the backbone of polyphenylene sulfide, the film processing performance or the composite interfacial interaction of the material will be significantly improved. Furthermore, by altering the chemical structure of the monomer, a serial novel kinds of polymers which possess various macro-performance have been exploited.
