双烯烃酰胺类单体均聚过程中抑制凝胶化的研究

【摘要】 在传统的自由基聚合过程中双烯烃酰胺类单体难以避免凝胶化现象,因此讨论双烯烃酰胺类单体均聚的凝胶化行为,为抑制凝胶化提供依据具有重要的意义。自由基聚合有"慢引发、快增长、速终止"三阶段,而凝胶化主要由快增长阶段决定,因此本文选用RAFT试剂减慢其聚合速率,延迟凝胶化出现的时间,并且尝试得到RAFT试剂的浓度与凝胶点以及凝胶质量的关系。本文选用四种双烯烃酰胺单体为研究对象,分别为亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、乙二胺双丙烯酰胺、丙二胺双丙烯酰胺、丁二胺双丙烯酰胺。在确定的反应体系中,逐渐改变RAFT试剂的浓度,得到每一个浓度下的凝胶出现的时间以及凝胶的质量,并且得到抑制凝胶化的最低RAFT试剂的浓度。
【Abstract】 In the free radical polymerization, the gelation of the bis-olefin amide monomers is inevitable. So, it is significant to discuss the gelation behavior of the bis-olefin amide monomers and the inhibition of gelation. Free radical polymerization process is composed of three stages: "slow initiation, fast growth, quick terminate", and gelation is mainly determined by the fast growth stage. In this study, the RAFT reagent was employed to control the "fast growth" stage, and got the relationship between the RAFT reagent concentration and the gel time as well as the gel quality. Methylene-bis-acrylamide, bis(N,N-ethyl acrylamide), bis(N,N-propyl acrylamide) and bis(N,N-butyl acrylamide) were selected in this study, in a certain reaction system, the RAFT reagent was changed by using a gradient concentration, and the gel time as well as the gel quality were obtained.
