淖毛湖次烟煤的热溶解聚研究

【摘要】 淖毛湖次烟煤(NSB)首先在等体积的丙酮/二硫化碳混合溶剂中进行常温超声萃取,得到萃取物和萃余物(RE)。RE在210300℃用环己烷和甲醇进行热溶解聚得到热溶物和热不溶物,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC/MS)分析热溶物的组成和结构特征。结果表明,热溶物产率随温度升高而增加;RE在甲醇中的热溶物产率明显高于正己烷中;环己烷热溶物中含有较多C10C28连续分布的正构烷烃;甲醇热溶物以含氧化合物为主,其中酚类和酮类的相对含量超过50%。

【Abstract】 Naomaohu subbitumisous coal(NSB) was extracted with isometric carbon disulfide and acetone mixed solvent under ultrasonic assisted,affording extract and extraction residue(Re).Then RE was thermal dissolved in cyclohexane and methanol at 210-300 ℃ to afford soluble portions(SPs) and insoluble portions.The composition and structural characteristics of SPs were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).The results show that the yield of SPs increase with temperature increasing,and the yield of SPs in methanol is obvious higher than that in cyclohexane.The compounds in the SPs from the thermal dissolution of RE in cyclohexane are dominated by n-alkanes ranging from C10 to C28,while the compounds in the SPs from the thermal dissolution of RE in methanol are mainly composed of oxygen-containing compounds,among which the total relative content of phenols and ketones is higher than 50%.
