【Abstract】 According to our country new epidemiological data show that domestic epilepsy overall prevalence was 7.0‰,in the process of the treatment of epilepsy,drug therapy is the preferred method.Studies have shown that benzoazepines is a kind of very important compounds,have very strong physiological activity and antiepileptic medicinal value.Therefore,we synthesized 4-alkoxy-l,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-benzo[b]azepin-2-one derivatives.Chemical structures were characterized by IR,¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR and other methods.更多还原
