3,4-双二茂铁-2,5-二苯基环戊二烯酮的光分解

【摘要】 二茂铁取代环戊二烯酮类化合物的稳定性较差,在溶解状态下极易分解1,2。我们课题组的研究结果表明,黑色固态的化合物3,4-双二茂铁-2,5-二苯基环戊二烯酮(1)对光和空气较稳定,但是,溶解于CH2Cl2后,溶液变得极不稳定。将化合物1的溶液暴露于空气进行光照,溶液逐渐从蓝色变为棕红色,说明化合物1的分子结构己经发生变化。对光照后的棕色溶液进行分离和纯化,得到了两个新化合物3,4-二二茂铁基-2,5-二苯基-2-环戊烯酮(2)和4,5-二二茂铁基-3,6-二苯基-2-吡喃酮(3)。通过X-射线单晶衍射分析证实了化合物2和3的分子结构(Fig.1)。
【Abstract】 The solid-state ferrocenyl-substituted cyclopentadienone compounds are stable,but they easily decompose in solution1,2.The black solid-state compound 1 in air is stable to sunlight,however,the solution colors of 1 in CH2Cl2 were gradually changed from blue to palm red under sunlight at atmosphere and room temperature,which showed the molecule structure of 1 had been altered.The palm red solution was separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization technology.Two novel compounds 3,4-diferrocenyl-2,5-diphenyl-2-cyclopenten-1-one(2) and light-red 4,5-diferrocenyl-3,6-diphenyl-2-pyranone(3) were obtained as major products.The molecular structures of 2 and 3 were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis(Fig.1).
