生物矿化启示构筑无机纳米组装结构及其性能研究
Studies on the Construction and Properties of Inorganic Nanoassembled Structures Inspired by Biomineralization

【摘要】 受生物矿化启发,我们以细胞、蛋白质等为基质,模拟生物矿化条件,合成了多种无机纳米组装结构并研究了其形成机理和性能。一是在细胞内合成了碳酸钙、羟基磷灰石、金属等纳米组装结构;二是以生物分子为基质作用下由纳米粒子单元构筑成多层壳、核壳、多级孔、花形等不同纳米组装体;三是模拟生物矿化合成了系列金属硫(硒)化合物/蛋白质杂化的纳米线、纳米棒和量子点材料;四是模拟生物矿化合成了金属纳米组装结构。通过理论计算研究了它们的形成机理,并认识了它们在抗癌药物可控靶向释放、荧光探针、重金属吸附、抑制癌细胞增殖、荧光标记等方面的潜在性能及其与组成、结构、晶型的相关性。
【Abstract】 Inspired by biomineralization,different kinds of inorganic nanoassembled structures were prepared using cells and proteins as matrices.The formation mechanisms and properties were studied in detail.Firstly,CaCO3,HAP,and metallic nanoassembled structures were prepared in cells.Secondly,nanoassembled structures including multishell hollow spheres,core/shell,multimodal porous,and flower-like structures assembled by nanoscaled build units were prepared using biomolecules as matrices.Thirdly,metal selenide(telluride)/proteins hybrids of nanowires,nanorods and quantum dots were prepared.Fourthly,metallic nanoassembled structures were prepared.The formation mechanisms were studied through theoretical calculation.Finally,the corresponding applications in different fields were evaluated.
