碱土金属有机骨架化合物的合成及其药物释放研究

【摘要】 近十年来,金属有机骨架化合物由于其结构的多样性以及在气体吸附、药物传输和离子交换等方面的潜在应用而备受关注。利用金属中心和有机配体的特性可以构筑具有结构和功能多样化的金属有机功能材料,因而构筑金属有机骨架化合物的金属中心几乎已经涵盖了化学元素周期表中的所有金属元素。碱土金属由于其特有的配位性能和生物兼容性成为新的研究热点,尤其是在药物缓释方面显示了独有的优势[1-3]。本文以5-氨基间苯二甲酸及其衍生物为有机配体构筑了系列碱土金属有机骨架化合物,药物释放研究显示化合物具有良好的药物吸附和释放能力。
【Abstract】 Over the past ten years, metal organic frameworks(MOFs) have attracted much attention because of their structural diversity and potential applications in gas adsorption, drug delivery and ion exchange. Structural and functional diversity metal organic functional materials can be constructed for the characteristics of the organic ligands and the metal centers, thus the metal centers almost covers all the metallic elements in the periodic table of the elements. Alkaline earth metal has become a new research hotspot because of its unique coordination properties and biological compatibility, especially showing the unique advantages in drug release [1-3]. In this paper, a series of alkaline earth metal organic frameworks has been constructed based on the 5-amino isophthalic acid and its derivatives as ligands, and drug release studies revealed that the compounds show good drug adsorption and release ability.
