多巴胺在乙炔黑/L-半胱氨酸修饰电极上的电化学行为研究

【摘要】 制备乙炔黑/聚L-半胱氨酸复合材料修饰电极,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,利用循环伏安法探究DA在该复合材料修饰电极上的电化学性质。实验结果表示,DA在乙炔黑/聚L-半胱氨酸复合材料修饰电极上峰电流被显著增强。不同浓度的多巴胺利用差分脉冲伏安法测定时,测得DA在6~167μmol/L浓度范围内与氧化峰电流有着良好的线性关系,其线性方程为:I(μA)=-0.273c(μmol/L)-7.133、相关系数是0.998。
【Abstract】 Using drop electrodeposition coating method and prepared acetylene black / L-Cys nanoparticle composite modified electrodes.In phosphate-buffered saline(PBS) in the presence of,and application the cyclic voltammetry of dopamine(DA) on the electrochemical behavior of the composite material electrode.The results show that,the AB/ L-Cys /GCE decorated electrodes improved the current of DA significantly.Then differential pulse voltammetry was used for the determination of DA.It turned out that concentration had a better linear relation with peak point current when the concentration of DA ranged from 6.0×10-6 mol/L to 1.67×10-4 mol/L and the linear equation was I(μA) =- 0.273c(μmol/L)- 7.133 and the correlative coefficients was 0.998.
